St John's Ukraine Appeal

St John's is working with the local Ukrainian community to offer support to refugees and displaced people, both here in Sidcup and in Ukraine.

English lessons for Ukrainians - are held in the church Tuesday mornings:
9.30-10.30 beginners
10.30-11.30 follow on

We are open to accept donations as follows:
Wednesdays 10am-1pm - in the church 
Sundays 11.30am-12.30am - in the church

The current need is for donations of: dried or tinned food, medicines, nappies, baby clothes, mobility aids.

Everyone is welcome at all our services. At our main Sunday Service at 10am the booklet is also available in Ukrainian.

Also at our 'Place of Welcome ' (free coffee, cakes, wifi, children's corner) on a Wednesday 10am-1pm, Ukrainian translation / people to talk with.

There are also other one-off events - for example, meet-and-greet with local service providers, including translators.
