We are pleased to invite you to take part in this year’s Christmas Tree Festival and Craft Fair. Following on from the success of previous years, we hope you will take the opportunity to join with other Sidcup organisations to celebrate this very enjoyable Christmas event.
Not only is this a fantastic community project, it also gives local organisations and business the opportunity to promote themselves.
Would you like to provide and decorate a tree to be part of this festival? If you are interested, then please follow these simple steps:-
· Complete the attached reservation form, to be returned by Friday 22nd November
· Supply your own tree and decorations (real or artificial – it is up to you)
· The Church will be open from 12 noon until 6.30 pm on Friday 29th November for you to erect and dress your tree
· There is a suggested minimum donation of £10 per tree. All monies raised will go towards St John’s disabled access and facilities building project, for which plans are well under way.
Any queries or questions, do not hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We do hope you will join us in this wonderful community event and look forward to receiving your booking form.
